Building Rental Information

Rentals will not be available December 18, 2023 - June 30, 2024

Located in the middle of Washington Park, this facility provides all the comforts of home including French windows and a small kitchen facility. The center also offers a nice meeting hall for reunions and family parties.

 Rental Rates

• 60 capacity
• $50 per hour/$65 per hour if alcohol is served
• $100 refundable deposit required for general rentals, $150 refundable deposit when alcohol is served or for commercial or for-profit rentals.
• Non-city residents will be assessed a 20% surcharge.
