    September 13, 2019, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ Eugene Engineering 4th floor Lyle Room 99 E. Broadway at Broadway and Oak

This webinar will provide guidance that overcomes challenges of roundabout implementation and provides successful outcomes. During the last ten years, the roundabout implementation experience started to show how transferable a concept or design is to many locations. Existing research and guidance shares these basic concepts, but there is very little real-world experience to help decision-makers with these applications within the roadway network. Facing challenges with the public, design, signals and operations, traffic design engineers may use case studies, modeling assumptions, and traffic models to assist decision-makers in seeing the possibilities of a roundabout and address the challenges they are often concerned about.
