    A Triple Bottom Line (TBL) Sounding Board will review the the River Road-Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan draft policies and evaluate how they advance the economic, environmental and social aspects of sustainability. The TBL Sounding Board will be made up of representatives from City boards and commissions, and members of the public are welcome to come observe.
