Notice to Proposers
Pursuant to ORS 279B.070 and City of Eugene Administration Order 44-14-08, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) Class Exemption E-19, Personal Services, proposals for a Public Art Consultant for the City of Eugene Airport will be accepted by the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 until Thursday, August 10, 2017, 5:00pm. Proposals shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Invitation to Submit Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a proposal.
In general, the City of Eugene (City) is requesting proposals from qualified public art consultants who have a demonstrated history in the field of public art, including consultation, coordination of and the installation of temporary and/or permanent public art projects in interior and exterior environments involving a variety of durable, ephemeral and electronic media.

Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting
An optional walking tour of the related facilities will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Meet at Eugene Airport Administration, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, OR 97402. The walk-thru is anticipated to take 1 hour. An addendum will be issued after the walk-thru that addresses any relevant questions from the meeting, and a link will be provided to a virtual walk-thru of the facility. The addendum will be sent to all interested parties registered in ORPIN.
