2. The course books programs at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. After a date is set, we work to confirm staff are available to facilitate your program. Once staff are confirmed you will receive a Confirmation Email letting you know the event is CONFIRMED and how to prepare your group for the event. There is no deposit fee to confirm event. Event billing is invoiced after the event date.

    Challenge Course events can be booked 7 days a week, April – October. If you make a date request outside of this range, we may not be able to accommodate your group. However, please make your request and we will contact you.
    
    Portable Challenge Course Events can be booked year-round and hosted at a Recreation Center, park, or an agreed location suitable to the event.
