    I have read the Community Gardens Manual and Park Rules and I agree to abide by them. I understand that my failure to comply with these rules and conditions may result in termination of my Plot Use Permit without refund.
    
    In consideration of the right to garden in the City of Eugene’s Community Gardens Program, I release the City of Eugene, its officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims for injury or damage suffered by me or my minor child as a result of participating in this Program. I further understand that there are certain risks inherent in this activity and that proper training and physical conditioning are necessary. I hereby agree to assume those risks on my behalf or on behalf of my minor child. I understand that the City of Eugene reserves the right to photograph the gardens and volunteer activities at the gardens and share your contact information with your garden site coordinator.
