Library staff must update Library2Go when issuing a replacement library card. However, this is only necessary for active Library2Go accounts with checkouts, holds and wish list items.Library card password changes do not require Library2Go updates by staff or patron.Submit this form to request the replacement card update.
Patrons must update their own Hoopla account when issued a replacement library card or when they change their library card password. This is done in their Hoopla account under "Settings."
