   The Fire Marshal’s Office may be able to assist in resolving hazardous conditions that are specifically in violation of the Oregon Fire Code. This includes but is not limited to items such as blocked or locked exits, overcrowding of public spaces, damaged or impaired fire protection systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, hood suppression), etc.

   The Fire Marshal's Office DOES NOT have enforcement over nuisance vegetation or junk & debris that is located at a private residence.
