Cultural Services - Vendor Submission 2019

  1. Thank you for your interest in working at one of our exciting summer events! By taking the time to fill out the form below, we will have all the information necessary to consider you as a partner at our events. Please recognize that we need each vendor to have a Mobile Food Unit License as well as a current Food Handlers' Permit issued by the Health Department. Both can be uploaded using this form below. Excited to work with you soon!

  9. Friday at the Park Blocks

    Located at the Downtown Park Blocks from 4-7:30 pm. Food, beer garden, live band. 150-300 attendance, 1-2 food carts. Water & electricity available.

    1. Party in the Parks series

      Parties hosted on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm highlighting our beautiful parks throughout the city. Family-oriented events with live music, games and lots of vendor booths. Two food carts max, 300-550 attendance.

    2. Signature Events

      Large scale events located throughout the city.

    3. Washburne Concerts

      Concerts mostly on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8 pm at Washburne Park. All food vendors must be self contained. No water/electrical. 250-300 attendance.

    4. Sunday Jams: Dancin' in the Park

      Live DJs under the shady tree canopies in Sladden Park on Sundays in August from 3-6:30 pm. Basketball, picnics, frisbee golf and more. Two food carts max. Water & electricity not available.

    5. Zero Waste Events

      EUGfun is working to hold Zero Waste events and we need your partnership. The City of Eugene Waste Prevention partners with EUGfun by providing educational material, including a purchasing guide to help make smart purchases of compostable serviceware, for all food vendors prior to EUGfun events.       By providing electronic signature below, the applicant hereby acknowledges that s/he is a qualified independent, insured vendor or representative of a non-profit and assumes all responsibility and risk associated with all conditions, hazards and potential dangers in, on, or about a booth/table top site whether they are obvious or concealed. The applicant further acknowledges and agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Eugene and their respective officers, employees and agents from all loss, injury, damage or liability to persons or property arising out of vendor’s acts or omissions, before, during and after the EUGfun event.
