Echo Hollow Pool renovations will be completed mid-May to early June and will open as risk level allows.

You may call or stop by the front desk prior to registration and we are more than happy to walk you through it or watch this thorough, step-by-step guide how to register for Aquatics classes. On the day of registration you may also call the Amazon front desk line at 541-682-5350 or Echo Hollow Pool at 541-682-5525. Please be aware there is a high call volume on registration day.

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to schedule pool rentals of any sort. Please check back for updates.
Due to State guidelines mask usage will be required throughout the facility unless in the pool.

Currently Amazon Pool is only open for lap swim and on your own fitness. There are several hour-long sessions for lap swim and on your own fitness.
M-F 5:30a, 9:30a, 10:45a, 12p, 1:15p, 5p*
SaSu 10:45a, 12p, 1:15p

There are currently no swim lessons being offered by the City of Eugene Aquatics. We hope to have a lesson program available for summer 2021.
There are currently no Parent/Child swims being offered by City of Eugene Aquatics.
Due to the limited availability and to meet the demand there is a limit of 5 per registration period.
If there are still open spots you may sign up for more swim staring the Friday after registration.
You will need to call Amazon Pool at 541-682-5350. Please be aware that for a full refund and/or credit we need at least 7 days before the start of the class per the recreation refund policy. We highly encourage calling ahead to provide opportunities for others.
Pool reservation qualifies for scholarship use. The new scholarship application became available November 1. You are able to complete the application online here. All scholarship will be applied at 50%.
You will be contacted by 5 pm the day before the swim if a waitlist spot becomes available. We will no longer call day-of.
At 10 minutes after any given swim, we will allow walk-ins to purchase swims that have not been checked in for. There is no guarantee that space will become available, this is first-come, first-served and the swim is full price. We will not allow waiting inside the lobby. Please wait outside the facility with appropriate physical distance from others or wait in your car.
Currently, the penalty for a no-call, no show is the loss of the registration fee. We will not block anyone from registration or fine them more than the registration fee.
If registered participants have not checked in within 10 minutes of their reservation time (in person or by phone to let us know they are running late) we will start accepting walk-ins for available lanes. The full registration fee is still applicable.
We have decided not to use membership passes this summer. All 30 day passes that were cut short due to the closure will be credited to your account. We will be refunding pro-rated 10 visit passes upon request. These credits can be used towards lane reservations.
Renew Active and Silver & Fit members will need to reserve a lane but will have a discount applied to the transaction.
Per current OHA guidelines showers will be available, however there are limited availability so please plan accordingly. We ask that you limit your lock room time to no more than 10 minutes to let staff thoroughly clean between swim sessions.
We recommend coming to the pool ready to swim no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your schedule time. Lockers usage in the locker rooms will not be available. Patrons are asked to bring your belongings on the pool deck. You will need to leave the facility within 5-10 minutes of your reservation time ending.
Currently it is only one person per lane.
Hot tub use is only available during your reservation time, only one person or household at a time. Please limit your time to no more than 5 minutes so others may also use the hot tub.
Yes. Participant cards are a new Recreation wide requirement that will be needed for pool time reservations. If you have an existing membership card, we will apply the same barcode to your participant card and no new card will be needed.
