Description

This restored wetland site is north of Royal Avenue in west Eugene. The site was formerly in agricultural use, and the City has restored native wetland prairie habitat using cutting edge techniques developed by city staff. Now a wide variety of native wildflowers and grasses bloom in spring, providing habitat for birds, insects and other animals.
