Description

Swinging at Charnel Mulligan Park
This quaint park was dedicated to the City of Eugene in 1984 by the family of Charnel Mulligan, a Eugene pioneer.

A major park renovation project was completed in 2017. New features include a bigger playground, basketball half-court, plaza, park furnishings, and sand and water play. The goal of the park's makeover was to address the age and condition of the park, as well as years of illegal activity. The renovated park also features increased visibility, circulation and lighting for improved safety.
