Program Information

Petersen Barn Community Center offers programs for youth, family and seniors. Learn a new skill, take advantage of our preschool and after-school programs, enjoy live performances, participate in neighborhood gatherings and so much more. Visit our program page for more information.

Rental Information

This cozy, warm, country-like facility is ideal for private or business retreats, meetings, parties, and reunions. A playground, sports fields and bike path are available on the premises.

Rates

• Main Hall
  • 75 capacity
  • $45 per hour, business hours
  • $55 per hour, closed hours
  • $70 per hour, when alcohol is served
  • $100 refundable deposit required for general rentals, $150 refundable deposit when alcohol is served or for commercial or for-profit rentals.
  •  Non-City residents will be assessed a 20% out of district fee.
  • Commercial rentals add 20%.
