1. Can I sign up for multiple sessions?

For fairness and equity in access to our program, we only allow registration for one session at a time for group lessons. If multiple sessions are registered for online for a group lesson, Aquatics staff reserves the right to withdraw and credit swimmers for future lessons.

2. If I miss a lesson, do you give credit or do a make-up lesson?

Due to space and time constraints, make up lessons cannot be offered.

3. Can I sign up for lessons after a session has started?

In respect to the continuity of our courses, registration during a session is not allowed after the first two lessons.

4. Can I request an instructor?

Yes, please mention your request at the time of registration. We do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee placement with a particular instructor. If you register online, please call the facility to place your request.

5. How do I make a request for inclusion accommodation?

Discuss your request with the person taking your registration or fill out the inclusion form linked below to initiate the process. Please make requests at least two weeks in advance of the program start date.

6. Are semi-private lessons available?

Semi-private lessons are taught at a 2:1 student to instructor ratio and are available for a pair of siblings, friends, or other swimmers that have similar levels of swimming ability. Client must register both participants, we do not match individuals with others seeking semi-private lessons.
