All City of Eugene community centers, libraries, including the book returns, and the Hult Center ticket office will also be closed on Monday, for the Memorial Day holiday. The Hult Center ticket purchases, many Library services, and registration for Recreation programs are available online 24/7. Amazon Pool will operate on a holiday schedule and will be open for lap swims from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. on Memorial Day, but Echo Hollow and Sheldon Pools and Fitness Centers will be closed.
Police, fire, medical and other emergency services will be provided as usual on May 27. The main police station on Country Club Rd. is open 365 day a year, although the West University Public Safety Station will be closed on the holiday. Around-the-clock health and safety services, such as regional wastewater treatment, will continue without interruption. Parking is free on Memorial Day for City-managed on-street meters, garages, and surface lots, except for event parking.

All City offices and facilities will return to regular hours on Tuesday, May 29. The next holiday observed by the City of Eugene is Independence Day, July 4.
