The City's long-range Transportation System Plan identifies Lincoln Street as an important bicycle connection, linking two highly used corridors on 13th Avenue and 5th Avenue, in addition to increasing access to the downtown area.
The City of Eugene is committed to a vision of zero traffic deaths and life altering injuries, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and providing more transportation options to all community members.
