[ARCHIVED] Spring Break at Your Library

During school vacation, drop by the Downtown Library, Bethel Branch or Sheldon Branch to find free treasures to take home and enjoy. Plus join in free activities for kids and teens.

Fun With Yarn

Sunday, March 26, drop in anytime 1-5 p.m., Downtown Library

Ages 5-9 with your grown-ups: explore and create with yarn together. 


All-Ages Concert: West Winds Flute Choir

Sunday, March 26, 4:30 p.m., Downtown Library

Babies to seniors: everyone's invited to enjoy a lively show featuring popular music from many eras.


Mapmaking

Ages 10-19: Tuesday, March 28, 4 p.m., Bethel Branch

Ages 8-12: Wednesday, March 29, 2 p.m., Bethel Branch

Create real or fictional maps with professional illustrator Marianne Walker.


Tie-Dye Party

Tuesday, March 28, 4 p.m., Downtown Library

Ages 9-12: bring a piece of white cotton clothing and get colorful.


Animanga Club

Wednesday, March 29, 4 p.m., Downtown Library

Ages 13-19: watch "Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle" together and eat Asian snacks.


Family Dance Party

Thursday, March 30, 10:15 and 11:15, Downtown Library

Babies to age 7 with your grown-ups: shake your sillies out with music and movement.


Bugs: Meet Our Tiniest Neighbors

Friday, March 31:

Ages 6-12: noon, Bethel Branch

Ages 5-9: 3 p.m., Downtown Library

Meet and learn about local insects with Arthropod Ambassadors.


Afterhours Games and Pizza

Friday, March 31, 6-8 p.m., Downtown Library

Ages 13-19: hang out at a special get-together after the library closes.
