Eugene Police and a local family are asking for the public’s help locating a missing, endangered woman who left the area of 32nd Avenue on foot. Ruth Anne Rutledge, age 90, was reported missing by family around 2 p.m. today. She has memory issues and is described as age 90, 5’7” tall, with a thin build and white hair. The enclosed photo is from 10 years ago and since that time her appearance has changed. She was last seen wearing a red fleece jacket, brown pants and house slippers. Eugene Police are getting reports of possible locations for her from witnesses, as they are canvassing the area. If anyone spots her they are asked to call the non-emergency line at 541-682-5111.
