All City of Eugene administrative offices, community centers, the Hult Center Ticket Office and all City libraries, including the book returns, will be closed on the holiday. Hult Center ticket purchases, many Library services, and registration for Recreation programs are available online 24/7. City swimming pools will be open on the holiday. Echo Hollow and Sheldon Pools and Fitness Centers will operate on a usual Monday schedule; Sheldon Pool will hold a “No School Day” swim 1:40-3:40 Monday afternoon.
Police, fire, medical and other emergency services will be provided as usual on Feb. 18. The main police station on Country Club Road is open 365 day a year. The Downtown Public Safety Substation will be open on the holiday, however, the West University Public Safety Station will be closed. Around-the-clock health and safety services, such as regional wastewater treatment, will continue without interruption. Parking is free on Feb. 18 for City-managed on-street meters, garages and surface lots, except for event parking.

All City offices and facilities will return to regular hours on Tuesday, Feb. 19. The next holiday observed by the City of Eugene is Memorial Day, May 27.
