On February 22 at 4:20 p.m., a man entered Paul's Bicycle Way of Life, 556 Charnelton Street. Employees at the store saw the man take a retail item from the store and conceal it under his jacket. When the employees confronted the suspect he stated he had his concealed carry permit and had a gun. The suspect never brandished the firearm, however an employee felt the suspect used intimidation to prevent him from getting the property back. The suspect left the store with the item.
