All City of Eugene administrative offices, community centers, the Hult Center Ticket Office and all City libraries, including the book returns, will be closed on the holiday. Hult Center ticket purchases, many Library services, and registration for Recreation programs are available online 24/7. City swimming pools will be open on the holiday. Echo Hollow and Sheldon Pools will operate on a usual Monday schedule; Sheldon Pool will hold a “No School Day” swim 1:40-3:40 Monday afternoon.

Police, fire, medical and other emergency services will be provided as usual on Jan. 21. The main police station on Country Club Rd. is open 365 day a year, although the West University Public Safety Station will be closed on the holiday. Around-the-clock health and safety services, such as regional wastewater treatment, will continue without interruption. Parking is free on Jan. 21 for City-managed on-street meters, garages and surface lots, except for event parking.

The Eugene Airport, which is operated by the City of Eugene, will be open for business as usual on the holiday. For flight schedule information, go to www.flyEUG.com or call: 541-682-5544.

All City offices and facilities will return to regular hours on Tuesday, Jan. 22. The next holiday observed by the City of Eugene is Presidents’ Day, Feb. 18.
