On November 17 at 2:04 p.m. an Eugene Police officer was patrolling in the area of the Washington Jefferson Park when she spotted a man on a bike who she knew was wanted on multiple warrants. The man, Olallie Franklin Stahl-Wellborn, age 20, committed multiple traffic violations while riding his bike and she performed a traffic stop. Stahl-Wellborn fled, but the officer caught up and grabbed him, and pulled him to the ground. He resisted, but another officer on scene assisted in taking him into custody.

Stahl-Wellborn was also found in possession of a credit card belonging to the victim of a vehicle break-in, bolt cutters and what appeared to be a blow torch.
Stahl-Wellborn was lodged on charges of Carrying a Concealed Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Resisting Arrest, Escape 3, Possession of Burglary Tools, Warrants.
