The City of Eugene is seeking proposals for a vendor or vendors to provide services for the City’s Overnight Parking Program. The Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) has been issued on the state’s procurement site ORPIN. Interested parties can log into ORPIN (free to vendors/contractors) to view the IRFP and submit proposals. The IRFP closes September 18, 2020.
