[ARCHIVED] Woman Arrested for Elkhorn Criminal Mischief

On October 15 at approximately 4:31 a.m., police responded to the area of East Broadway and Patterson Street regarding multiple calls for a female subject who was throwing bottles at the windows of the Monolas Thai Cuisine restaurant and Elk Horn Brewery. Responding officers observed damage to the businesses and contacted a woman matching the described suspect in the area of Café Yumm. Following contact with the woman, Courtney Lee Albin, age 30, of Eugene, she was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail on two counts of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree. Subsequent investigation once the business owners arrived and found extensive damage inside the business led to additional charges of Attempted Arson in the Second Degree, and Burglary in the Second Degree.

Albin was arrested September 13 for a separate incident at Elkhorn, where glass was broken at the business. She was charged in that case (19-14762) with Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
