[ARCHIVED] Police Serve Search Warrant 3000 Block of Harris

This morning around 7 a.m., Eugene Police SWAT and Crisis Negotiation Team served a search warrant for a Felon in Possession of Firearms at a residence in the 3000 block of Harris. The search warrant service was served early this morning to ensure the area was secure prior to school time, as the residence is in close proximity to a school. SWAT and CNT were deployed to provide safety for the community and police, due to the possible presence of firearms, including the possibility of automatic firearms.

The suspect, Jordan Mills Mallory, age 32, has been arrested and charged with Attempted Assault in the Second Degree (Mallory set his dog at SWAT officers, the dog was deterred with less lethal options and not injured), nine counts of Felon in Possession of Firearm, Unlawful Delivery of MDMA within 1,000 feet of a School, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Cocaine, two counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule 1 (Psilocybin Mushrooms and LSD).

Mallory was in possession of nine firearms, including one firearm with a modified trigger.
