Vision Zero WordmarkWeb

Vision Zero Celebration Event:

Date: Tuesday, October 1
Time: 4:00-5:30pm
Location: Fire Station on 2nd & Chambers

Please join the City of Eugene in kicking off implementation of our Vision Zero Action Plan! The event will focus on the next steps City of Eugene departments and their partners will be taking to save lives and ensure everyone is safe on our streets, no matter how people choose to get around. In addition, the Vision Zero Task Force and others who helped develop the plan will be recognized. Vision Zero is an internationally recognized strategy with a goal to reach zero traffic-related deaths or life-changing injuries by 2035. This goal can be achieved in many ways, from policy to public engagement, from engineering to equity. It challenges local leaders, businesses, and community members to work together and form partnerships to make our streets safe for everyone.
