[ARCHIVED] City Seeks Applications for the Eugene Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee

The City is seeking applicants (through September 6, 2019) for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee. The committee will be comprised of nine members representing a variety of experiences and perspectives. Visit the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee web page for more information.

The City of Eugene has created a dedicated source of local funding to expand housing opportunities. City Council passed an ordinance in April, implementing a local Construction Excise Tax that will contribute to an Affordable Housing Trust Fund. The ordinance is now in effect. In addition, general fund dollars will support the fund. The Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee will advise staff on developing programs and goals for the fund, the allocation of fund resources, and the review of proposals to be supported by the fund.
