On March 27, a 23-year-old woman living in an apartment in the Willakenzie area reported having an ongoing issue with a man ringing her doorbell and knocking on her windows. This occurred on March 17 at 4:43 a.m., on March 22 at 6:34 a.m., and on March 26 at 2:31 a.m. and on March 27 at 5:40 a.m. Some events occurred multiple times in a night and on March 27, the suspect removed the screen in her bedroom window while she was in bed and then started to force the living room sliding glass door open with an object. The victim fled her home out of a different part of the home and waited for police. In a previous incident the woman’s video doorbell caught a picture of a suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6’0” to 6’02” tall, age 30 to 35, with a trimmed beard/goatee, and last seen wearing a light colored UO beanie with an “O” and wings, light-colored hoodie, dark pants, and riding a red bike with trailer.
