Great news! An officer located the tricycle yesterday around 4 a.m. The officer saw it being escorted down the street by two men. The two subjects said they just found it in the bushes near Whitebird. Neither man resembled the male in the surveillance photo. While officers were trying to figure out a safe way to transport this bulky item, a helpful Advanced Security officer arrived and offered to bring it to ECU in his truck. The tricycle was lodged at ECU to be returned to the owner.
