After further investigation by Eugene Police detectives, Dylan Robert Brown, age 19, of Portland, has additionally been charged with Assault in the Second Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Reckless Endangering, for his role in a November 10 shooting incident at 17th and Ferry.
The case is ongoing, and detectives are seeking tips from anyone who witnessed the fight preceding the shooting shortly after midnight on November 10, or the shooting itself. This includes anyone who may have video from the party, or of the fight or shooting incident. Video could come from anyone who may have been driving in the area with a vehicle cam and happened to capture images, a nearby home surveillance’s video, or individual with a cell phone who took photos or video during the party or shooting. Two Arrested After Shots Fired at 17th/Ferry

At 12:14 a.m. November 10, Central Lane 911 received a call regarding a large group fighting, then gunshots were heard. Eugene Police officers were nearby at a loud party and heard the shots and quickly went to the scene. The crowd was dispersing.
An 18-year-old woman had been driving at 15th and Ferry and was hit by a stray bullet. She is being treated for non lifethreatening injuries at a local hospital.
EPD officers arrested one man at the scene: Christopher Tyreek Alexander, age 20, of Portland, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Interfering, and Theft in the First Degree Possession of a Firearm.
A second suspect, Dylan Robert Brown, age 19, of Portland, was located by UOPD at 18th and University in the cemetery. He was charged with Trespass with a Firearm, Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
