[ARCHIVED] Indecent Exposure incident - East 20th Avenue and Emerald Street

On April 11 at approximately 1:28 a.m., police responded to the area of East 20th Avenue and Emerald Street regarding an indecent exposure incident.


Police received information that the man exposed himself to the woman while approaching her, and followed her as she ran to a residence and attempted to get help.


The man was described as a white male subject who appeared in his 30s, approximately 5’ 8”, 150 – 170 lbs., blonde hair, and was wearing a bandana, jean jacket and sunglasses at the time of the incident.
