UPDATE:
Dylan Michael Ruhs was sentenced on April 2, 2018, after he pled guilty to 10 charges including two counts of Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor, seven counts of Luring a Minor, and Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct. Ruhs was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Nine additional victims in California and New Zealand were identified and provided statements at the sentencing.

Police are seeking additional information or tips in the case of Dylan Michael Ruhs, age 26, of Petaluma, C.A., who was arrested on seven felony counts of luring a minor, two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor and one felony charge of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. The victim in this case is a minor female whom he met online at age 15.
Ruhs was working as a security officer in Napa and living with his parents in Petaluma during the contact with the victim, who is now age 17. There may be additional California victims in Napa, Petaluma, Fairfield, Clayton, and Solano County dating back as far as 2012.
