[ARCHIVED] Subway Shop Armed Robbery

Police are seeking tips in an armed robbery occurring on March 3 at 9:06 p.m., at Subway, 1720 W. 18th Avenue.

Two suspects entered the Subway and used a handgun to rob the sandwich shop of cash. They both fled to the south. Multiple Eugene Police patrol officers responded along with a Springfield Police K9 unit. The search was unable to locate the suspects.

Suspect 1, with the handgun, is described as a white male, age 20-30 years, 6’ to 6’3” tall, approximately 180 pounds and wearing a dark grey sweatshirt with hood, black sweat pants with a white logo on the left side and white shoes.

Suspect 2 is described as a black male adult, 5’10” to 6’2” tall, about 140-180 pounds, and wearing a white sweatshirt with hood, grey sweat pants and white shoes.
