[ARCHIVED] Two Women Arrested for Heroin Delivery

On September 14 at 5:49 p.m., officers were tipped off about two women who appeared to be shooting up with drugs outside the Burrito Boy parking lot at 1060 River Road. An EPD officer was able to spot the vehicle and saw a female driver and a female passenger. After the vehicle started and began driving away, the officer stopped it. The female passenger immediately got out and was ordered to get back in. She complied, but let her small dog exit the car and walk away. She then said the dog would get run over and made other furtive actions inside the vehicle as if she was hiding something.

The officer found that the driver, Heidi Rosemarie, Musalf, age 52, of Eugene, had three warrants for her arrest (Lane County Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on Possession of Heroin, Probation Violation, and Eugene Municipal Court Contempt of Court).

The female passenger Susan Autumn Fuller, age 32, of Eugene, provided a false name initially. After her true name was determined, she was found to have two warrants (Failure to Appear for Possession of Heroin in Lane County Circuit Court, and Failure to Appear for Theft 3 in Eugene Municipal Court).

During an inventory search of the vehicle and the arrest of the two women, police found a packages of heroin, some cocaine, and controlled substance (pills), and a large amount of cash.

Musalf was taken into custody on her warrants and charged with Delivery of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule 2, Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule 4, Driving While Suspended, and Driving Uninsured.

Fuller was lodged on her warrants and charged with Delivery of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule 2, Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule 4, and Providing False Information to Police.
