Eugene Police received information from the Normal Police Department in Illinois that Tiffany A. Smith, age 43, was last heard from in November, 2016. In addition to the information received on the Flyer from NPD, Smith was in the Eugene area in March 2017 according to Social Security Administration.

The Normal Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a missing female. Tiffany A. Smith, AKA Tiffany Braggs, DOB 4/1/73, was last heard from in November 2016. At that time she reported to relatives that she was residing in Tucson, Arizona. Tiffany may use a walker and possibly has other disabilities due to a medical condition.
Tucson Police checked Tiffany’s LKA and stated she is no longer a resident. The landlord stated she moved to Washington State in October 2016; no forwarding address was left. Tiffany reportedly has children living in the Oklahoma City area but they have not had contact with their mother.
Tiffany was possibly tracked to 900 NW 28th St. Apt. #126 Moore, Oklahoma however contact has not been made with her at this time.
Tiffany is possibly in the company of Robert Raymond Burhans (M/NA, 2/4/64).
