[ARCHIVED] Suspect Arrested on Several Charges Following Burglary/Theft Investigations

Following multiple burglary/theft investigations at the Cooler Tavern on March 25 (17-4895); West Wind Forest Products on March 17 (17-04235); Riviera Baptist Church on September 4, 2016 (16-15156), and the 1300 block of Sunny Drive (17-05700), police developed probable cause to arrest Terry Leon Trudeau, age 46, of Eugene. Trudeau was located on April 26 in the area of W. 12th Avenue and contacted regarding the investigations. He was arrested for Theft in the First Degree, Burglary in the Second Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Burglary in the First Degree, Aggravated Theft in the First Degree and Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone.

During all four incidents, Trudeau was observed at each location and stole several items that include an ATM, an all-terrain vehicle, yard tools/equipment and power tools.

He was transported to the Lane County Jail on the charges.
