[ARCHIVED] Police Looking for Outstanding Subject

March 30, at approximately 6:45 p.m., police responded to Putters on Hwy. 99, regarding suspicious conditions. When police arrived, they received information of a shooting that happened in the 1300 block area of Waite Street, involving two vehicles. Police received information that the subjects in the BMW, driven by Jacob Allen Carrier, age 33, of Eugene, left the residence at the location, and were shot at by a suspect in an Audi that followed them in the direction of Putters; police observed a marking on the BMW that matched the information. Police contacted, Jennifer Leann Powell, age 34, of Eugene, who arrived at Putters, and during contact with Powell, observed the involved Audi, driven by Alexandra Mae Wilkins, age 19, of Springfield, on the south side of the parking lot. Police contacted Wilkins and arrested her for Driving While Suspended, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and Felon in Possession of a Weapon. Powell was arrested for Carrying Concealed/Possession of Knife, and Felon in Possession of a Weapon in the First Degree. Carrier was arrested on a warrant and Fail to Register/Sex Offender. All involved subjects were transported to the Lane County Jail. The Violent Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate the incident. During the investigation, police were unable to locate an outstanding subject, Colton James Dawson, age 23, and believe he may possibly be in danger.
