Inc #15265800-1234 hours-450 E 14th-Willing complainant reporting loud party with large fire in the front yard. Two residents were warned for Prohibited Noise, Illegal Burning and consumption of alcohol on the sidewalk.
Inc #15266093-1832 hours-647 E 15th-A security guard hired by the residents called to advise there were more than 200 people in attendance and minors were consuming alcohol. When the security guard tried to shut down the party someone attempted to hit her and all refused to leave. When officers arrived most of the party goers had left for the football game, but contact was made with the four residents. The residents told officers they would be hosting another event for the USC game on the November 21. An information report was written, which was forwarded to OLCC. The landlord indicated he was not aware of the incident and that the residents had been previously warned….In the RPP.
