When officers arrived, a male subject wearing a security uniform with duty belt, pepper spray, baton and handcuffs came to the door but could not provide a DPSST card. Officers cleared the party. Inc #15259993-0235 hours-515 E Broadway-Willing complainant reported a loud party but called back to advise the noise had stopped. In the RPP.
Inc #15260701-2215 hours-3462 Onyx Place-Willing complainant reporting a loud party. One resident was Cited in Lieu of Custody for Prohibited Noise. Another resident was arrested and lodged at the jail for Prohibited Noise and Resisting Arrest. His behavior got him placed in segregation upon being booked into the jail.
Inc #15260722-2248 hours-522 E 13th-Willing complainant reported a loud party. Three individuals were warned for Prohibited Noise and Unruly Gathering. Two people were cited for MIP and one person was Cited in Lieu of Custody for Open Container. One other subject who initially ran from officers after providing a false name was Cited in Lieu of Custody for Open Container and False Info to Police.
