[ARCHIVED] Fleeing suspect found hiding in portable toilet

On 10/03/2015, at approximately 1118 hours, a Eugene Police Officer responded to the area of Chad Drive and Coburg Road regarding the location of a wanted subject. The officer made contact with the subject, Treasure Dawn Shockey, 27, and she ran from the officer into a nearby neighborhood. An area resident observed a female run through her yard and over a fence into an area of the Eugene Swim and Tennis Club. Numerous officers converged on the area and searched for Treasure Shockey. At approximately 1148 hours, an area worker entered a portable restroom near the construction site and lifted the toilet seat. The male worker was surprised when he discovered Treasure Shockey hiding in the sewage tank, below the toilet seat, of the portable restroom. The worker exited the restroom and notified a nearby officer. The officer apprehended Shockey as she exited the portable restroom.###
