On September 23, around 10 p.m., Jordan Stewart Garneau, age 35, was last seen at his residence on Kodiak Street. He was reported missing by a family member, who said that he left home without his vehicle, bicycle, or cell phone, and the suspicious condition in which he left increases the concern for the subject’s well-being. If anyone has information about his whereabouts, they are asked to contact the EPD non-emergency line at 541.682.5111.
