This morning, around 6:45 a.m. Jerome Lawrence Bias, age 67, of Eugene, was last seen in the Skinner Butte area. He was reported missing by a family member, who said that he is not normally away from home for more than an hour and suffers from a medical condition, which increases the concern for the subject’s well-being. If anyone has information about his whereabouts, they are asked to contact the EPD non-emergency line at 541.682.5111.
The following is a picture of Bias, who was said to have been last seen wearing a long white sleeve shirt, jeans, and one black shoe, one brown shoe, and possibly carrying a blue patterned umbrella.
Bias was located and is safe.
