September 15, at approximately 2:49 p.m., police responded to the 5500 block of Cody Avenue regarding a suspicious vehicle with multiple rifles inside. While police were en-route to the location, the truck was observed pulling into a residence, and the subjects entered inside the residence. Police found that the truck was stolen, and arrested, Brian Jones, age 25, of Eugene, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Levi Lynch, age 28, of Eugene for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and transported both suspects to the Lane County Jail. Kash Couts, age 25, of Eugene was issued a citation and released for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.
