The units will be managed in partnership with Looking Glass. Resident services will be provided by NEDCO and Looking Glass.

This project received funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for $670,323 in HOME and $273,170 in CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) programs for acquisition and rehabilitation of the site.
