The evacuation has been lifted. However the traffic surrounding the stadium will remain blocked, possibly through the night for fire crews working on the fire. The fire was been deemed under control by 7:02 p.m.. Crews are currently working on hot spots.
Fire officials are requesting that if your home is located downwind or near the fire, as you return to your home, please check for smoldering embers in any bark areas, dry vegetation around house, gutters and roofs. If anything of concern is found, please call 9-1-1.
