[ARCHIVED] Recreational Marijuana Information

On July 1, 2015, recreational marijuana becomes legal in Oregon, and that means in Eugene as well. Because this is a new allowable use, the City of Eugene is reaching out to ensure that everyone knows the basics of recreational marijuana. A Frequently Asked Question section has been added to the City’s website at

http://www.eugene-or.gov/index.aspx?NID=2924

The City of Eugene will have pocket-sized cards about recreational marijuana available soon (currently being printed and not available yet) at the following locations:

• City Manager’s Office, 125 E. 8th Avenue
• Eugene Police
• 300 Country Club Road
• Downtown Public Safety Station, 960 Olive
• West University Public Safety Station, 791 E. 13th
• Eugene Public Library, 100 W. 10th Avenue
