Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a black, two-door Honda Civic, License plate ZQP 820, which was involved in a carjacking at E. 15th Avenue and Mill Street at 10:18 a.m. today.
A college student was robbed of his vehicle at knife-point, and the vehicle fled westbound on 15th or 16th Avenues. The suspect is a black male, in his late 20s, 5’11” tall, 170 pounds little to no hair, and last seen wearing a bright red rain jacket and black pants. The suspect picked up a white male a few blocks after the carjacking. There is no description of the white male, currently.
If you see this vehicle, call 9-1-1 and do not try and approach the suspect.
