On December 9, 2014, Brian Jeffrey Boe, age 28, was arrested and lodged at the Lane County Jail on charges of Sodomy in the First Degree.
A Eugene Police detective began an investigation of Boe after a photo was found depicting him sodomizing a toddler. This photo was discovered during the investigation of another person, Shane Michael Emory, age 39, who was arrested on April 2014, and was subsequently sentenced to 500 years in prison for sex-related offenses and child pornography offenses.
Boe is a Eugene resident.
