Zone Change request for two tax lots: The base zone of 385 Rustic Place (Tax Lot 3900) is proposed to change from R-1 Low-Density Residential Zone and C-2 Community Commercial Zone to R-2 Medium-Density Residential Zone. 375 Rustic Place (Tax Lot 3800) is proposed to remove the existing /SR Site Review Overlay Zone and /20 Residential Density Range Overlay Zone from the subject property. The result is both properties being zoned R-2 with no overlay zones.
