Join us on Thursdays. The Teen Leadership Council is a teen-led group that will help direct the growth of the Teen Empowerment programs.
The Teen Leadership Council is a teen-led group that will help direct the growth of the Teen Empowerment programs, learn about grassroots organizing and styles of governance. Teens will be given a budget for outreach and operations. The facility will be open at 4 p.m. and the program will start at 5 p.m. For more information contact empowerment@eugene-or.gov.
